Chris Bradley

Chris Bradley was admitted to the New Zealand Bar in 1981. He has been a partner of Miller Bradley since 1991. He is a member of the Franchise Association of New Zealand.

His principal areas of practice are in company and commercial law. In the course of this he advises people on employment law and has been involved in establishing franchises on behalf of franchisors and has also acted for franchisees.

He also has an extensive knowledge of Trusts and advises on asset structuring and estate planning for both private and business clients.

Mark Lawlor

Mark Lawlor is the firm's litigation and dispute resolution partner. He has a specialist practice in employment law. Mark was admitted to the New Zealand Bar in 1989 and has been a partner of Miller Bradley Lawlor since 1996.

Mark advises the firm's commercial clients on a wide range of contract, property, fair trading and franchise disputes.

Mark acts for a number of large national employers and advises on all employment related issues including dismissals, restructuring and redundancies, collective bargaining, workplace safety, and exit negotiations. A core part of Mark's employment practice is helping clients successfully manage workplace change, disciplinary processes, and potential disputes.

Mark also appears as counsel in mediation hearings, and in the Employment Relations Authority and Court.
